Recipe of Cabbage leaves stuffed with ham and cheese
Ingredients (4 people):
- 8 cabbage leaves
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 8 slices of cheese
- 3 potatoes
- 3 shallots
- 200 ml of port wine
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon refined cornmeal
