Porco recipe of mine mamma


  • - For 4 people:
  • 1 pork carré
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 10 small potatoes
  • 2 scallions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Provence herbs
  • oregano
  • sage
  • chopped parsley

Preparation of the porma recipe of mine mamma

Put the potatoes in a bowl. Cover with plastic kitchen and roast them in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes. Reservation.

put the carré on a baking sheet and brush it with oil. Cover it with herbs of Provence, oregano and sage. Clean the mushrooms, mushrooms and scallions and put everything on the baking sheet. Add the peeled and whole garlic and the roasted potatoes in the microwave.

Pepper, water everything with a splash of oil and pour half the wine. Bake (with the oven previously hot) at 180º C for 45 minutes. Halfway through cooking add the rest of the wine.

Flatten the carré with potatoes, chives, mushrooms and mushrooms. Heat the oven tray juice with a little chopped parsley, pour it over the roast and serve.
